Tulsa Transit has implemented a new communication tool for passengers to report a problem quickly and discreetly. Riders may also request customer service and submit complaints or compliments through the system.
Reports can be made through the GoPass app. Look the the “Eye” icon next to the phrase, “Report a problem to Tulsa Transit.” If patrons do not have internet service they may call / text-a-tip line at (918) 233 -1001. Or visit our Contact page and click on the Customer Service tab to fill out a report.
