Rideshare Operator

Description

Safely transporting passengers in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the service area.

Rideshare Dispatch

Description

Assist with the operation of rideshare services.  Assist supervisors, managers, and operators in safe, professional, and efficient operation of the system.  Responsible for the daily operations of the Dispatch Office, manpower, equipment assignments.

Customer Service Representative

Description

Handles inbound/outbound calls from current and new customers/passengers in a professional manner, provides accurate information, and able to respond to customers/passengers inquires via phone, and/or emails.

Road Supervisor

Description

Supervises operation of schedule service in the field through route checks for on-time performance and observation of driver performance for compliance with established policies and procedures.

Description

Performs various cleaning duties to buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles.

Rideshare Services Trainer

Description

Coordinates safety programs necessary to comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and to ensure a safe working environment for all MTTA rideshare services operators.  Also responsible for conducting and coordinating necessary training programs for the rideshare services operators.

Scheduling & Planning Analyst

Description

This position assists with all transit scheduling tasks, development of passenger timetables, bus operators’ work assignments and management of bus stops. Position assists with short- and long-range transit planning projects and public engagement efforts.
