Snow Routes
Effective Winter 2007
During inclement winter weather when the Tulsa Police Department announces "Operation Slick Streets" Tulsa Transit will be running "Snow Routes" which keep buses running on main arterial streets.
See below for details on each route. Snow Route information is also printed in our schedule book.
*Note: Other detours due to road construction may also affect some routes. Please check our Detours section for details.
#100 ADMIRAL
Will not service East Central Village.
Buses will turn around at Flying J Truck stop.
Buses will travel 3rd/4th, Harvard, Admiral and reverse on inbound.
#101 SUBURBAN ACRES
Buses will not service Westview Clinic/Crestview/Casino.
Buses will not service the area west of Cincinnati between
46th St N and 49th St N. Buses will stay on Cincinnati northbound
and southbound when servicing this area.
Buses will not service the area west of Cincinnati, off of 63rd St N.
Buses will turn around at Frank's Bread and Butter.
Buses will travel on outbound trip Archer to Detroit to Cincinnati, on inbound will travel Cincinnati to Archer to Denver.
#105 PEORIA
Buses will not service the area from 61st to Madison to 64th to Newton to 66th (includes Inhofe Plaza-no service).
Both northbound and southbound buses will travel Peoria between 61st & 66th.
Buses will stay on 71st and south on Lewis.
We will use 81st to Riverside to Peoria. Buses will stay on 81st and not pull into the Wal-Mart Parking lot.
#111 - 11th STREET
Buses will turn around at Flying J Truck Stop.
Buses will not service East Central Village.
#112 LEWIS
Buses will not service the area of Mohawk - Delaware - 41st N. Buses will travel Lewis N/B, right on Mohawk, left on 36th St N, left on Lewis.
At west end of Jenks Bridge, West on "A" St, left on Elm (Next to Fire Department) left on Main.
Buses will not service 88th Street, on outbound trip buses will travel south on Lewis, right on 91st, left on Riverside right across river bridge to regular route.
Inbound trip, at 91st and Delaware, west on 91st, right on Lewis to regular route.
#114 CHARLES PAGE
Buses will not service Country Club Gardens.
Buses will not travel 4th between 33rd W Ave & 41st W Ave. Buses will travel Charles Page between 33rd & 41st W Ave. Buses will not service Central High School.
Buses will not service Gilcrease Museum or Gilcrease Estates.
Buses will stay on 49th W Ave. Do not pull into Warehouse Market lot.
Buses will travel Charles Page between 61st W Ave and 81st W Ave. Do not service Sandy Park.
Do not service W 7th.
SAND SPRINGS ROUTING - Charles Page - Adams - 2nd - Main - Morrow - Adams - Charles Page. Do not go into Wal-Mart.
#117 UNION/SW BLVD, #118 33RD West Avenue
Buses will not serve Hewgley Terrace.
Buses will not service Southhaven - buses will travel 33rd W Ave between SW Blvd & 61st. Buses will not service Towne West area, buses will only travel 33rd W. Ave only
Buses will not service Westwood Apartments or Industrial area on Elwood.
Buses will stay on Union. Buses will not service Park View.
#203 APACHE / AIRPORT
At TCC, stay on Apache until parking lot is cleared.
No service on Xanthus or Virgin. Route will travel on Apache to Peoria to Pine going to downtown; and reverse on outbound trips.
#210 - HARVARD
No Snow Route.
#215 - 15th STREET
No snow route.
#221 - 21st STREET/EASTLAND
Buses will travel 129th E Ave in both directions.
#222 - Clockwise & CounterClock:
Clockwise buses will travel 41st between Sheridan and Hudson - Counterclock buses will travel 41st between Hudson and Sheridan.
Buses will not service Pioneer Plaza/Tulsa Housing Authority (i.e. Jasper/Elgin/Independence). Buses will stay on Cincinnati.
Buses will not service Morton Clinic. Buses will stay on Pine Street.
#251 FASTTRACK
Eastbound exit Memorial to 33rd to MMS.
#306 SOUTHEAST INDUSTRIAL
No Snow Route.
#318 - MEMORIAL / AIRPORT
No Snow Route.
#471 - 71st STREET
Westbound bus will go north on Hwy 75, exit 61st Street and south on Union. Buses will no go into Park View.
Buses will travel 71st and south on Lewis. Do not travel 73rd or Wheeling.
Buses will not service Parkview Terrace.
EXPRESS ROUTE 902, AND 909
There is no snow route, however buses will travel the following 'inclement weather route' in the downtown only in the morning to drop passengers off: Boston to 3rd - 3rd to Boulder - Boulder to 2nd - 2nd to Detroit - Detroit to 1st to regular downtown routing.
Nightline buses will stay on regular route and will not deviate into neighborhoods. Nightline buses also will not serve areas not being served by regular Tulsa Transit buses.
