Amount of DBE Goal
1. MTTA overall goal for the following period 2012-2014 is the following: 2.94% of the Federal financial assistance we will expend in DOT-assisted contracts. After the weighted adjustments MTTA’s overall goal is 3.02%.
2. $4,605,400.00 is the dollar amount of DOT-assisted contracts that MTTA expects to award during FFY 2012 through 2014. This means that MTTA has set a goal of expending $138,974 or 3% with DBE participation during this fiscal year/project.

Tulsa Transit is only allowed to use certified DBE's that are certified through the Unified Certification Program(ODOT). With working on setting our goal we have found there is a lack of type of businesses on the State DBE certified list that would bid on Tulsa Transit's projects. Tulsa Transit has committed to work closely with the BRIDGE program and ODOT to assist more small business to become DBE certified.
